Las Vegas Logue is a very comprehensive Vegas travel site covering just about every angle of the City we love with countless tips, articles and suggestions. There is definitely something for everyone here.

There are some sites that scratch the surface of Las Vegas and only regurgitate the same stuff any Las Vegas aficionado already knows. LasVegasLogue is not one of those sites. It is incredibly comprehensive. It's surprising that I hadn't found it before during my exhaustive Vegas research but I guess today is their day.

VegasClick is presented to you by Michael Bluejay (his real name?) Michale provides a dizzying array of Vegas info and insider tips heavily slanted toward The Vegas Gambler but there really is something for everyone here.

There is a top ten Vegas tips feature which I found to be pretty good and a whole lot of otrher information. I'm actually pretty amazed that it's all done by one man. Kudos to You Michael Bluejay.

Travel2Vegas has a Vegas movie page where they show a huge selection of movies that have Gambling or Vegas related material in them.

It's the perfect page to visit with boxcovers shown when you have that Vegas Jones and either want to rent or buy a Vegas movie to satisfy "that itch".

There are the obvious titles listed like Leaving Las Vegas, but many many that I've never heard of before.

"Be Anyone in Las Vegas" is brought to you by the folks over at VisitLasVegas.com. It is a site where it creates a new idea for you when traveling to sin city.

The Headline states "In a city where you could BE ANYBODY, why not be somebody?" It's pretty shady, lol, but can be fun for a laugh.

In the fine print it states-
"Be anyone you want to be in Las Vegas. We'll give you a profession and everything you need to back up your story, including: a brief history, printable business card, pre-recorded 1-800 number, and website."

This is some crazy shit if you ask me.

Las Vegas Events is a cleanly designed website that lists major events going on and around Las Vegas.
One of the things I like best about it is is clear design devoid of clutter and easy to get to the what when and where of what is happening around Vegas. There isn't alot of bullshit thrown in to distract you from getting exactly the info that you would presumably be going there for. whoever designed the site deserves kudos.
It has an event schedule, a news page, and a Vegas Info page.

Fabulous Vegas Values

Fabulous Vegas Values is a source for Vegas Coupons, Values, and Money Saving Tips.

They do a weekly update with their latest finds in a blog like fashion. There is a Casino Promotions page, coupon and coupon book pages, freebies and free newsletter pages, nightclub, shopping, transportation and vegas links page.

It's pretty comprehensive so if you are into Vegas Values, this site is a great resource. Their tagline says it all- "If it happens in Vegas.....We'll make it happen for le$$!"

I don't know Larry, but I do know that this man is living the dream. Eating like a king, visiting the mecca a ridiculous number of times, and doing it all first class.

Las Vegas Line Movements

Vegasinsider.com brings you Line movements on all your favorite betting games. The link I provided is for the Superbowl. It shows all the major sportsbooks and time specific when they change their betting lines on sporting events. For example you can see how Caesars has moved on Jan 20th at 10:18Pm from 14 point Patriots favorites to 10:20PM to 13.5 point favorites for the New England Patriots, and all subsequent line movement that got them to the current (as of 5:56AM Jan 28th) 12 point favorites. They go through this exersize with all the major Vegas bookmakers.

You can click on the different tabs to find the same type of info on all the major sporting events.

Very cool stuff even if you don't gamble but just want to see how the lines move at all the different casinos and/or compare lines around town.

Here is what is billed as the "Official Cabbie Guide to Las Vegas" Although a lot of stuff hasn't been updated in a while it's still interesting to get the cabbie perspective on things as they see and hear it all. If any of you have read the Las Vegas Cabbie Chronicles or Vegas Taxicab Confessions you know that these guys have a handle on what is going on around town.

I'm blown away. Not really knowing how I'm going to do this site justice in a review. Let's just say that it is the most definitive Vegas History Preservation site I've come across, jam packed with photos, blog entries, videos, historical preservation group events, links, and much much much more.

For as much information and video and photos that are provided it is still done in an incredibly clean user friendly fashion.

You MUST check this site out.

"I grew up in Las Vegas from 1961 to 1977. I did not live in a hotel. My dad was not a member of the mob. I did not learn math by counting cards or by hanging out in the counting room. I had a normal childhood just like millions of other children who grew up in towns all across America.

Less than twenty-five years ago people had a hard time believing anyone actually lived in Las Vegas. But live there we did, just like countless families before us, just like countless families since. That experience gave me a healthy respect for the history of the town.

I had no idea that American Casino Guide did a monthly podcast but lo and behold we found it.

The July 2007 podcast is with Anthony Curtis from Las Vegas Advisor in which he discusses various ways to save money on rooms, shows, food and gambling while visiting, or planning a trip to, Las Vegas.

You don't need to have an iPod to enjoy these podcasts, there are links on this page that you can click on that will play each episode right on your computer while you browse Vegaslinks.blogspot.com
